● Eight slices of thick-cut beef bacon
● 12 ounces brie cheese
● 8 brioche hamburger buns

 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees to mix the onions with two tablespoons of olive oil. Wait for 20 minutes until the onions soften. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Cook the bacon over moderately high heat in a large skillet. Drain with paper towels and break each in half.

Using a grill pan, form eight patties. Five minutes at moderate to high heat are necessary to cook each patty. After turning, add the brie cheese on top and cook for four more minutes. The hamburgers should be medium rare, and the cheese melted. Spread the lemon mayonnaise and add the beef bacon and onions.

3. Sausage Mixed Grill

● 12 breakfast sausages
● 4 Italian sausages
● Four weiss sausages
● Two heads of radicchio
● 12 mini multicolored peppers
● Salt and black pepper
● Olive oil

 

Using a knife, skewer all the sausages and light the grill. Use skewers to thread each type of sausage. Incorporate the radicchio along with the peppers on the skewers. The vegetables and sausages should be brushed with olive oil. The vegetables should be seasoned with salt and pepper.

With moderate heat, cook the breakfast sausages for 10 minutes, the Italian sausages for 25 minutes, and the weisswursts for 12 minutes. Peppers should be lightly charred for 10 minutes. Radicchio only needs 2 minutes on each side to crisp.

4. Grilled Red Curry Chicken

● One 3-pound chicken with wingtips removed.
● Two tablespoons red curry paste
● 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
● One teaspoon brown sugar
● Salt and pepper

 

Cut off the backbone of the chicken and discard with kitchen shears while the grill is on. Flatten the breast bone by pressing the chicken breasts firmly upward. Along the thighs and legs of the chicken, deep cuts should be made down to the bone 1/2 inch apart. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.

Whisk together the brown sugar, curry paste, and coconut milk. This should be incorporated all over the chicken and even under the skin, adding salt and pepper. Roast the chicken skin side down for 10 minutes. Then with the skin side up, continue cooking for 20 minutes. After 5 minutes of rest, the chicken can be cut and served.

5. Grilled Apricots with Burrata, Country Chicken, and Arugula

Ingredients:

● 1 1/4 pounds pitted apricots, cut in halves
● 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
● Sea salt and pepper
● One small radicchio, thinly sliced and cored
● 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
● 5 ounces of tender arugula
● 4 ounces of shaved country chicken
● 1/2 pound burrata cheese
● One tablespoon of aged balsamic vinegar

 

A grill pan should be used to preheat along with the grilling connoisseur. Use salt and pepper to season and oil to baste the apricots. They should be cut all sides down while grilling over high heat. This usually takes only 5 minutes and should then be allowed to cool.

Seasoning with salt and pepper and adding 1/4 cup of oil, whisk the lemon juice in a bowl. Add the arugula, radicchio, and apricots. When transferring to a bowl, add the vinegar, chicken, and burrata.
