Bhringraj is also commonly used to regulate pitta and better metabolism. You can blend bhringraj leaves or powder with water to make a paste and apply it to your scalp. 2. Amla:

5. Hot Oil Massage With Ayurvedic Oils:

By heating Ayurvedic oils like coconut, bhringraj, amla, sesame, almond, arnica, or Brahmi, one can see a rapid improvement in blood circulation in the scalp. You can blend multiple oils or use them together and heat them till they are a little warmer than lukewarm. Apply this to your scalp and hair and massage it for 15 minutes.
